.ba is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Bosnia & Herzegovina. The domain was introduced in 1996 and is administered by the University Teleinformatic Centre (UTIC).
The BA domain is intended for use within Bosnia & Herzegovina only. Registrations from outside of the country will not be accepted unless the company of individual applying has their main office based in Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Companies and organisations may register up to twenty domain names under the .ba domain, whilst individuals may register up to five. Domains may be registered for one, two, three, four or five year periods.
The chosen domain name must consist of 3 to 63 characters, use the letters of the standard English alphabet, can use the figures "0 – 9" and may also use hyphens (although not twice in a row).
