Please remember that Omanain domain names can only contain the following letters: a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z - 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9, Spaces are NOT ALLOWED.
.om is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Oman.
Currently, OMnic only allows third level domain registration. However, there are a number of domains directly under .om including mediaphone.om, nawrastelecom.om, omanmobile.om, omanpost.om, omantel.om, rakpetroleum.om, siemens.om, songfest.om, statecouncil.omIf .om were to ever allow unrestricted second level domain registration, many forms of cybersquatting would then be possible. For example, instead of yahoo.com, one could register "yahooc" under ".om" to create the typo yahooc.om. The only existing domain of this form is omnic.om
