We currently offer 5 Flexible Hosting Packages from our small starter web hosting plan to our business advanced package. Each of our packages are upgradeable, for example; if you require more bandwidth / storage space we can simply move you up a package. We will not switch your site of if you exceed your limits instead we will advise you that you need to upgrade. Of course you are more than welcome to try any of our hosting packages for free for the first 30 days to ensure you are 100% happy with our service.

Obviously if we are going to host your website you will need to transfer your domain name to BB Online or at least transfer the DNS to our control (ns1.bb-online.net 194.168.163.59, ns2.bb-online.net 194.168.163.58). If you are unsure whether your domain name is in our control or you do not understand DNS then please send an eMail to james@bb-online.co.uk with your domain name and your package of interest before application.

We do not allow Chat Servers, IRC Bots or illegal sites.
We do not support Frontpage Extensions (although sites designed in frontpage are fine as long as the frontpage extensions are not used).
PHP, ASP and mySQL are not supported.
We cannot give technical support on design issues but of course we will endeaveor to help you get your site uploaded to our servers.
